Fulfilling Wishes...

In order to promote quality of life for patients receiving Palliative Care, Mount Sinai Hospital offers the Magic Moments program. The first adult program of its kind in Quebec, Magic Moments attempts to fulfill the last wishes of Palliative Care patients.

Magic Moments is managed by an interdisciplinary team from the Palliative Care unit. The wishes can be as simple as a meal with family, an outing in the city, or a visit from a long lost friend or relative. The impact these experiences have is huge. Magic Moments is funded solely by private gifts.
